AMTCO offers vertical, horizontal and universal milling machines, two duplicating mills, and CNC machining centers to serve every need. Jig boring and grinding capabilities of 24" X 48" are also available.

AMTCO features five horizontal boring mills with capacities of up to 60" vertical and 108" horizontal.

Our CNC lathes can turn up to 22" in diameter. Our CNC turning capacities range from a 11" swing, 56" between centers, to a 10" X 10" machine for small parts.

We offer CNC machining capacity of up to 5,500 pounds and travels of 40" X 40". Our skilled personnel can program your most difficult parts. Integration with our CAD system has made our CNC capabilities even more effective.

The lathe department features Monarch and LeBlond toolroom lathes with turning, tracing, and grinding up to 47" in diameter and 300" long, including threading in inch or metric. Our Bullard VTL, with tracer, is capable of turning and grinding up to 54" in diameter.

Our temperature and humidity controlled inspection room features 20" X 39" X 15" Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), a 5.5" X 5" X 5" Optical Comparator, a PC Computer, Gages and Masters, and a complete line of support equipment. AMTCO is committed to continuous improvement in quality.

We offer precision I.D. and O.D. grinding on our Studer Grinder and our 20" capacity Heald ID Grinder, along with conventional grinding on our Brown and Sharpe, Landis, and Cincinatti cylindrical grinders up to 29" diameter and 96" between centers. Our surface grinders, and our 46" Blanchard provide a complete range of grinding capabilities.

Finally our 50' crane carries a load up to 10 tons and travels the entire 120 feet of the assembly and testing area.
